Amanda is certified as a yoga instructor in Hatha, Vinyasa Embodied Flow, Yin, Kids & Teen yoga and enjoys teaching an energetic Vinyasa flow, a blissful Yin and creative classes.
Amanda sees her yoga practice as an essential part of her life. Her wish is to encourage everyone to begin their practice and open themselves up to the possibility of change in their lives on and off the mat.
Amanda brings humor to her classes to let students know that a yoga practice is a fun and a valuable experience while exploring the possibilities of yoga to improve our health and well-being of mind, body and spirit.
Online Live Classes
There is currently no face-to-face classes but we can still practise together live online via Zoom!
You will need to download the Zoom app on your device.
Regular practice of yoga and meditation techniques can reduce anxiety, depression, increase creativity and adaptability to name a few benefits; bringing a sense of calm and contentedness in troubling times.
Booking is online via the links below on a ‘pay as you feel’ basis. You can choose to give $5-$10-$15-$20 or $25 (AUD), there is no expectations and no judgement. All classes are in Melbourne, Australia time AEDT. It converts to your time zone when you sign up.

Classes stream via ZOOM software, which you can easily download when you register for the class. After registration, a zoom invite link is provided to join the class. Please book 30 minutes prior to class.
Don’t let not having the right props put you off joining the classes. Try these options:
Yoga mat – use a beach towel or picnic rug
Bolsters – pillows, cushions, rolled blankets or towels
Block – heavy, sturdy books
Strap – yoga mat strap, belt, dressing gown tie
Eye Pillow - tissue, scarf
