Amanda is certified as a yoga instructor in Hatha, Vinyasa Embodied Flow, Yin, Kids & Teen yoga and enjoys teaching an energetic Vinyasa flow, a blissful Yin and creative classes.
Amanda sees her yoga practice as an essential part of her life. Her wish is to encourage everyone to begin their practice and open themselves up to the possibility of change in their lives on and off the mat.
Amanda brings humor to her classes to let students know that a yoga practice is a fun and a valuable experience while exploring the possibilities of yoga to improve our health and well-being of mind, body and spirit.

An invite link is provided to join the class, 15mins prior to class. You may need to refresh your browser. Get yourself comfortable with your mat and enjoy 45mins of yoga bliss!

Don’t let not having the right props put you off joining the classes. Try these options:
Yoga mat – use a beach towel or picnic rug
Bolsters – pillows, cushions, rolled blankets or towels
Block – heavy, sturdy books
Strap – yoga mat strap, belt, dressing gown tie
Eye Pillow - tissue, scarf
Massage Balls - tune up, tennis or lacrosse
Soft Balls - Coregeous or pilates balls
