Nourish our minds, body + soul Take a journey with me to magical Senggigi, Lombok for 7 days + 6 nights of breathing daily yoga amongst tropical aqua waters, perfect sunsets + sunrises, lush green nature, filled to the brim with clean food, warm people and enriching adventures. We will immerse ourselves in nourishing sessions of yoga, mindfulness, workshops + meditations. Both on our yoga mats and off the mat as we explore the wonders + simplicity of island life. The program is curated with activities that will immerse us into natures elements ~ wood, fire, earth, metal + water to explore + balance through the practice of yoga, breathing + play. During your stay with us you will have plenty of opportunities to deepen your practice. The morning classes are more energetic, yang strengthening while the afternoon classes are gentle yin. Throughout the week we will move through the five elements. Starting with the element of earth for a sense of grounding + inner stability, flowing through water to connect to emotions + stillness, fire for core work + courage, embracing metal to let go of what no longer serves + finally wood for growth + transformation.
