Day 1: The Path to Grace Begins Today

Welcome to our 21 day meditation challenge, Manifesting Grace through Gratitude. We are excited that you are joining us on this inward journey of gratitude and grace. Together we will discover how to make garce the active center of your life here and now.


In the next 3 weeks, our light will shine brigher and clearer every day. Deepak will guide us, to transform grace from a noun into a verb. Through gratitude we activate grace and grow our presense in it, actually becoming grace incarnate.


The source of grace already exists within our own awarness. We don't need to go anywhere or search anywhere to find it, we only need to change our perception of what is already arround us. In the next three weeks, we will learn how gratitude shifts our awareness, changing our appraoch to others and the world. This new perspective will reveal the grace that already inhabits our life.

Journal Questions

  1. Write in your journal what grace means to you

  2. Make a list of the people in your life you are most grateful for.

  3. Now, list one specific thing about each of those people that you are thankful for.


May I be filled with gratitude. 

May I move with grace.

May grace become my way of Being.

May it be so.
